You will only be able to be paying off one phone at a time with PayJoy. Once you’ve finished paying, you can apply another!
Currently, you need to apply in-store at any of the PayJoy approved distributors.
Depending on which option you selected for repayments, the either weekly or monthly rental price is displayed on the rental contract which was emailed to you. One can also see the rental price in the PayJoy mobile application.
The phone will lock and you will not be able to use it normally. You will only be able to dial our call center numbers and emergency phone numbers for assistance.
The phones come with a manufacturer’s warranty limited to manufacturer’s defects, email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive information on how to enforce the manufacturer’s warranty.
If the phone is damaged by you (water damage, dropping, misused, etc.) during your repayment period you will be responsible for the cost of repairs, while maintaining responsibility for ongoing payments.
Report any stolen phone to the police. However, you will be required to make repayments for the duration of the contract
If the sim card is changed to a un-registered sim the device will lock, The sim can be updated by contacting our support team email@example.com
No. However, the PayJoy app may be removed once you have finished your payments should you want it removed from the device.
